Minimum appointment time is 2hrs General Service Ceiling fans and light fixtures (dusted) Cobwebs removed Blinds, window sills, lock ledges (dusted) Moldings and woodwork (dusted) Baseboards (dusted) Lamps and lampshades (dusted) Pictures and knick-knacks (dusted) Furniture (dusted)*Light switch plates wiped Top of Refrigerator (dusted) Outside of appliances cleaned Inside microwave cleaned Countertops and backsplashes (washed) Spot wash outside cabinets All sinks (cleaned) Mirrors (cleaned) Toilets (cleaned) Tub/shower (scrubbed/ cleaned) All bathroom counters and fixtures (cleaned and sanitized) Wastebaskets (emptied) Floors and stairs (vacuumed and/or mopped) Note: It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate heavy cleaning.
